Group booking
Wonderful property. Suited our needs perfectly for a group of 10 teens and 4 adults. The bedroom configuration was a clincher as it meant each person had their own bed. Only 10mn walk to the train station, 30mn into centre of London. High street just a walk around the corner. Fabulous property and we are very happy with our choice

Excellent Family stay Property
Huge property with a sleek and modern interior. Very clean, and super easy to check in and get access to the property. Lots if space for a large group, and the host was brilliant in terms of communication etc. Highly recommended.

Brilliant house and great host
From the moment we expressed interest in booking the host was communicative and accomadating to me and my group, they responded to any queries we had promptly and in a most helpful manner. The property itself was wonderfully spacious even for our large group (15) with a wonderful fenced off garden area to enjoy the sun in. My group often visited central london from the bnb via the victoria line which was conveniently only a short walk away. Overall we all really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Summer excursion with language school
We were a group of 13. 2 adults and 11 aged between 12 and 17. The house is a great size for large groups. We had plenty of room to breakfast and even had a BBQ outside which has ample seating area. The journey to London is around 45 minutes. With a Travelcard you can easily catch the bus (1 minute from the house) to the closest station which takes you directly to London Liverpool Street. Plenty of shops and take-aways and there were no issues with neighbours. Thanks to Clare for the good communication and easy check-in/check-out.
