Not a hotel - but good for two couples.
Please note that this isn't a hotel. It's seems like a long term residence. The place is clean and in a good location. Biggest problem was the Wifi. It rarely worked and was constantly intermittent. They looked into it several times and could never make it consistently work. The beds could've been a little more comfortable too.

Convenient and Accessible
This apartment has s close to Vauxhall station 2minute walking distance. Quiet and secured. Late check in was facilitated after a fee. Make sure you read policy before deciding.

Slightly strange way of receiving the keys, but all ran smoothly. The accommodation looked a little tired and tun down but it did the job for work.

Hotels.com should remove this hotel
I wished I would have booked something diferent 1 absolutely no service. The man how was supposed to give us the keys for the flat die let us wait till 8:30 pm the worse thing is even under the provided phone number was no one available The only time I was able to talke to them they used it to blame us instead of apologizing 2 they give us the flat despite knowing that that the fridge was broken they managed to give us a camping fried he as replacement on the last day 3 while there we found more dysfunctional kitchen necessaries but we have not been able to get in touch with the management

내인생의 최악의 여행이었습니다. 일반호텔이 아니라 아파트먼트 대여이기때문에 그들이 오지않으면 절대 들어갈수 없고 일정은 그들의 더착 스케쥴에 맞쳐 다시 조정 해야합니다. 서비스도 최악입니다. 도착시간이 계속 변경되며, 시간약속을 지키지 않습니다. 저는 그들이 도착하기 기다리면서 나의소중한 시간 5시간을 그들이 오기를 기다렸습니다. 그들은 연락을 준다면서 한번도 연락을 준적이 없고, 도착시긴만 계속 딜레이 되었습니다. 제대로 된 사과 및 늦어진다는공지 또한 미리 주지 않습니다. 다 고객이 확인하고 손해봐야합니다. 아파트먼트는 그냥 그렇고 이들의 영업활동이 문제가 많습니다. 누가 이용한다고 하면 전 100% 말릴것입니다. 아파트먼트 찾아가기도 어렵습니다. 어딘지 많이 헷갈리고 처음 예약한 아파트먼트와 다른곳일수 있습니다.
