We loved this hotel. It’s a 3 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and 4 minute walk to Victoria station. It’s a wonderful and safe area. Lawerence was very helpful in every detail from speedily checkin, info and recommendations and willing to help us to store our heavy excess luggage for a week as we head over to Belgium and Paris. Highly recommend to anyone ! We will be back !!

From when I got here until I left, the staff was amazing, helpful, friendly, always had a smile on their face and willing to help. The bed was so comfortable the shower was one of the best showers I've ever had in a hotel and the AC worked perfectly.

We arrived about 7am and the staff very kindly offered free luggage drop off for the day so we could do sight seeing first and then came back for checkin after 4pm. The hotel is right around the corner of the Bellingham Palace, and is minutes away from the Victoria and the Green Park underground stations. Room is clean and bed is firm.

Best hotel staff in the area
The staff and location of the Resident Victoria were amazing. We were on our honeymoon and this was the last leg of our trip from Italy to London. The staff made every effort to make our stay here so memorable, from welcoming us with some drinks to decorating our room. I just wanted to say thatnk you to them all

We had to cancel our trip several weeks ago for medical reasons. This was one of many reservations we had to postpone or cancel. We took the non refundable rate, so we knew we could not get a refund. We asked this hotel if we could just pospone till oct. The said no. Every other hotel was willing to accomodate us. So i have nothing good to say about them

Staff was friendly and the hotel is in a central location close to public transportation. Rooms were clean and had all that we needed. They offered complementary drinks on the first night and let you borrow an adapter during your stay. They even let you borrow umbrellas because the weather is so unpredictable.
