The hotel is nice, however the cleanliness in my room was sub standard. There were bits of crisps on the dressing table. The sheets were cleaned but had stains. The bedding smelt musty. I won’t stay again.

Highly recommended and professional!

Staff wee every helpful and accommodating. They made some touches to our room for my fiancée’s birthday which really made the experience for her. Great room with all the amenities you could need in fantastic condition. Would recommend.

Room was very small, but this is central London. Location was the best part, across the road from the Royal Mews, a stones throw to the Palace. Could easily walk from Victoria station, and onwards to the Palace, Westminster etc.

Fantastic stay with very friendly & helpful staff, notably Nived at reception that made the experience very seamless. They did a surprise for us for our anniversary which made our stay extremely special. Would definitely stay here again & ideal location too!

Great Hotel

Absolutely immaculate hotel!! Enjoyed my stay, only really had a few comments that would have made it absolutely perfect: the hot/cold tap in the shower turned the wrong way (hot was cold and cold was hot- luckily im someone who gradually turns the shower dial) and the rooms are soundproofed the doors are not (i was opposite the lifts so was woken up several times with people talking outside waiting for the lift) With that being said, there were so many amazing things with this hotel, the staff were so attentive, i was able to keep my bag at the hotel whilst i went about my day, the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, the room i stayed in had a ghd hairdryer which dried my hair in minutes!
