Ultimately we would stay again, as the convenience outweighed any inconveniences. We had a few small complaints like getting the wifi password was a hassle (a few calls over 2 days), there was NO sound barrier - you heard EVERYTHING from upstairs, from outside (it was like you were sitting in a bar), there was no instruction on how to use the induction stove (and the call for assistance never got addressed), and it was clean however the dirty linens from previous guest never got removed. We stayed on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. We have a toddler, so thankful we didn't bring a stroller. But even with these concerns we were close enough to all the things we came to see, and in walking distance. We liked having a kitchen, and washer/dryer (even though we didn't use it). Only having a shower with a toddler was interesting, and the towel warmer would've burned my little guy if I wasn't paying such close attention (it got HOT and no way to turn it down). Also on the toddler note...All tables are glass. While it looks great, I had to keep cleaning hand prints etc off. I would have liked to see some cleaning items too, as we were there for a few days and they don't have a cleaning staff that comes in during your stay (not that we saw). I would have liked to be able to sweep up, and have a glass cleaner. Also keep in mind this is in the SOHO area, LOTS and lots of night life. We had no issues, even with the kiddo, we just avoided a couple of streets.
