Hotel offered service that reflected the price and location. It was certainly nothing to write home about, but did have the proper amenities. My principle complaint would be the unkempt state of our room upon arrival, with no towels, an old shampoo container, and much dust on the floor.

Foi péssima a estádia, funcionária da recepção Letícia foi super grosseira, não atendeu o pedido que fiz para retirarem o lixo do quarto e que colocasse sabonete. A mesma foi muito indelicada na cobrança da metade da diária que havia solicitado. A mesma disse que eu teria que deixar o hotel até as 16:30, sendo que na data anterior o funcionário Leandro havia dito que eu poderia saí até as 18:00 horas, mesmo informando para a mesma, manteve inflexivel, tinha plantão domingo a noite em São Paulo, gostaria de descansar antes do meu voo e não foi possível, pois estava na piscina e não sabia do posicionamento da mesma. Agradeço ao funcionário Leandro que foi muito prestativo.Lamentável ter alguém na recepção deste estabelecimento com tal conduta.

hotel está muito depreciado, velho e em condições precárias. O elevador, na saida da porta de alguns andares, tem uma armação em madeira que parece perigosa. Em geral tudo bem velho e desgastado.
