Fiquei nesse hotel 15 dias atrás e era maravilhoso só elogios, mas a direção do hotel foi trocada e ficou muito ruim , o atendimento noturno e péssimo, o café que era maravilhoso decaiu tanto que nem pão francês tinha

Quando nos apresentamos para o checkin não havia disponibilidade de quarto (evidenciando falha na plataforma de reservas da Hotels.com). Não fomos comunicados com antecedência (aparentemente o hotel estava com dados errados evidenciando falha de comunicação entre a Hotels.com e o hotel). Depois de muita conversa e espera de horas nos foi disponibilizado um quarto (por sorte, houve no-show de outra reserva). Situação inaceitável para uma empresa como a Hotels.com. Favor verificar causas e informar medidas preventivas que evitem problemas futuros. Obrigado

Os atendentes são muito educados e atenciosos, mas os quartos são muito antigos, com uma mobilia extremamente precária. Meu ar condicionado nao funcionava, e so fui descobrir isso quando chegamos tarde da noite. As roupas de cama necessitam ser trocadas, pois estavan com varias manchas amareladas, parecendo que estavam encardidas. O cafe da manhã é bom, e a estrtura da piscina tb. Espero que da proxima vez seja alocada na ala nova, pois essa antiga tem que ser interdiada ou cobrada no mínimo 50% a menos dos quartos ja reformados.

Não tinha água quente, não houve esclarecimento quando o retorno da agua quente, mesmo passando o horário do check out, sem possibilidade de banho. Água fria para higiene, suco e o café servido estavam com gosto horrível de barro. Sugiro que seja feita com clareza dos fatos quando houver problemas de manutenção.

Achei razoável a qualidade da estadia. A localização é excelente. Des resto, a infraestrutura do hotel deixa a desejar. Os quartos são antigos. Não há nada no frigobar. Se quiser comprar alguma bebida, precisa ir na recepção comprar. Não há serviço de quarto. O atendimento da recepção é bastante atencioso e prestativo. Por conta do tempo, não tomei o café da manhã nem utilizei a piscina, mas creio que isso não mudaria a minha opinião sobre o hotel.
