WELCOME TO DUNE CREST BEACH HOUSE, where time seems to slow down and comfort takes center stage. We invite you to relax, create memories and enjoy life's simple pleasures.

This one-of-a-kind 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom beach home radiates charm and comfort, offering a luxurious and comfortable coastal vacation experience that is sure to create lasting memories. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach down a private neighborhood path located at the end of the street which provides easy access to the beach.

Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright living area, complete with a gas fireplace, comfortable leather sofas, soaring 20 ft ceilings and a wall full of windows that allows plenty of natural light to pour throughout the house. The open concept layout leads seamlessly into the dining area, which features a beautiful table and chairs with seating for 6 and perfect for enjoying meals, board games and puzzles with family and friends.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare delicious feasts, and ample counter space, making it a joy to cook and entertain in. Right off the kitchen is a large family room with a large leather sectional sofa and 75" TV, making it a comfy spot to relax with a good book or watch a great movie.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms are cozy and inviting, each with its own unique style and comfortable bedding complete with custom made duvet covers designed specially for Dune Crest Beach House. The master bedroom boasts a king size memory foam mattress, 50" TV and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses, 50" TV's and share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have 750 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets.

Outside is a gorgeously landscaped yard, a 250 square foot back deck with a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs with seating for 6 which provides a relaxing spot to enjoy a good meal, the warm sunshine and gentle ocean breezes. Below the deck, there is an 1,100 square foot patio with a fire pit and adirondack chairs. The beautiful, mature landscaping provides for a very private backyard.

The garage has been converted to a game room featuring an 8' slate pool table, ping pong table, Pop A Shot basketball game, professional Foosball table, corn hole game, 75" TV with a DVD player and an extra refrigerator

Best coastal VRBO ever!

Best beach vacation ever! The house was super clean and beautiful! The beds/bedding were lovely. The location was awesome and just a short stroll to the beach. It was private and the neighborhood was quiet. The house had everything we needed and more! Such a great home for families. The family room was so relaxing and inviting we enjoyed every minute of it. The host, Kim, was the best host I have ever worked with. She was very responsive. If you choose this beach house please treat it with love- We will be back and we won’t be staying anywhere else.

Great house!

We had a great stay in the well supplied house! Fire pit in the back decks on two sides, close walk to beach. Town is a short drive also. I wish I would have looked a little closer at appliances I would have taken waffle mix! Lotts of seating and comfortable beds! Thank you for having us!

Fabulous home with great family amenities

We are an older couple who connected with children and grandchildren in this home made for fun. So many wonderful games .. ping pong, pool, foosball, basketball and Tv.. adult kids loved it and a short walk to the beach ! Our dog found a hidden bone under the sofa ! Score! There are stairs if you are concerned but we navigated without trouble ! Great amenities and manager Kim is terrific! You will love this gem close to downtown LongBeach!

Beautiful Home

The home is gorgeous and also very comfortable. We appreciated the big comfy couch and large tv that wasn’t at an awkward angle or placed high on the wall (like over a fireplace). The kitchen is well equipped and the house was very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The location was wonderful and the beach nearest the house was always pretty empty so we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The kids spent a lot of time in the game space, so that was a big hit with our family. Great communication with the host.

Super clean beautiful home!

Super clean, very large beautiful rooms with beautiful luscious bedding. Plenty of cozy blankets and plenty of towels. Everything you could need in the kitchen and beautifully decorated. Great Getaway

This is a beautifully furnished home with a very responsive host who pays close attention to detail. The amenities were abundant with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of luxurious towels and bedding, comfortable beds, Wifi, movies, games, etc. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit in the back of the house. We loved the private beach access within a short walking distance from the home. The rec room, which has a pool table, ping pong, foosball & more, provided us with great family fun. We especially appreciated that this lovely property was also dog friendly. I would recommend this property without hesitation. Thanks for making our getaway enjoyable and comfortable.

Beautifully appointed and located!

The house was clean, spacious and well stocked! The games and game room were plenty. The beach access was convenient and we loved the peaceful strolls by the beach at daybreak and dusk. The nearby state parks had well maintained trails and a lot to explore with historical significance. Well Stocked Beautiful Home

We’ve stayed in lots of rentals and this is the most well stocked yet. In the kitchen we were supplied with coffee, spices, tinfoil, multiple rolls of paper towels and so on. They had every appliance and tool you could need including an air fryer. They had beach towels, and cleaning clothes in addition to standard towels Lots of games and puzzles Outside: Firewood, buckets and clam guns The house was also very clean and nice decor and furnishings Kim was also a great host and easy to communicate with Private Beach access was great. It’s a small group of houses that share the access. We met a few of the neighbors and they were all very nice. Public car access to beach just a couple minutes down the road at cranberry.

Perfect Getaway

I booked this place for a retreat with my brother who is turning 50. This was a brothers only trip to the coast. The house was PERFECT for what we wanted to do which was enjoy good food (steaks, lobster), they have a beautiful, well thought out and well stocked kitchen. Movies, they have numerous TVs all over the place with the main home theater being a 75 inch 4K TV with bluray player. They have a gorgeous game room with ping pong and billiards in the garage. Surprisingly, we spent more time playing pingpong than we had thought, this took us back to when we were kids. Close to the beach. Beautiful and VERY CLEAN spaces inside and out. Everything is perfectly labeled. This place is perfect. The host was very responsive by text too. Would aboslutely stay here again and again.

Great stay in Long Beach!

Until this year, I did not know there were other available property (vacation) rentals, aside from the two "larger" management companies that advertise many listings in the area, and our family has always gone through them before. But this year, the amenities we wanted and homes we were interested in were already booked a year in advance, so, I went digging and found Dune Crest Beach House. We could not have asked for a better home or better host. We really appreciated Kim's timely and helpful replies and the house itself was a perfect walking distance to the dunes and beach, in a nice, newer and small neighborhood where we felt comfortable and safe to roam as a family with our dogs. The gameroom was a hit with everyone and provided enough options that nobody young or older was ever bored. The kitchen was large and full of everything we needed to cook meals. The bedrooms were the perfect size and we needed nothing to feel at home, as every nook and cranny was packed with extra linens, towels, blankets, toilet paper etc. I will absolutely book this home again when we come back next year for my birthday. The only small suggestion I would have, is to provide a little extra privacy by putting drapes or blinds in the front living room on the lower windows, as well as the slider to the enclosed deck over the parking area. Everything else was spot on and perfect and fairly priced for all of the amenities that this beautiful home provided. See you next summer!

Wonderful Getaway

Everything was fantastic! We loved the house. Fully stocked kitchen, game room with all the supplies you need, lovely backyard patio with fire pit (including firewood!), and just a short walk at the end of the block to the BEACH! The location is very convenient and the house was truly beautiful. Highly recommend!!
