The condo is very large which is great for myself and my dog. I like the little kitchen where I can heat up my food. The location is really close to the beach and walking/bike path.

The staff was very friendly and I thought they were fantastic at all times, the issues was there is no AC! They had a fan, but I don’t like leaving my door open to air out the room (safety?) but the fan didn’t reach far enough so it was just stale air. The pool had weird rules, you had to be let in by the front. 18 + only for hot tub, which I’m sure people love but when the pool is freezing it would be nice for the kids to come in the hot tub.

We rented 2 condos and they were clean and super pretty inside and stock with everything you need from towels to utensils but they only thing I wasn't a bit happy about it was having the same breakfast options every day but I totally recommend this place .

The property itself is very dated. The door to our room did not have a dead bolt and did not feel secure. However, the beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was good.

No wait to check in, but the guy working the front desk was not friendly at all. How hard is it to be pleasant and smile? We mentioned that we read online that most rooms have been updated and even read reviews about this. We asked if we could possibly be put in one of the updated rooms. Employee lied to us, saying “the kinks” were still being worked out with the new rooms. During our stay I literally walked past “upgraded rooms” that had been checked out of and were being cleaned by housekeeping! Our room was terribly dated and the carpet was nasty. Bathroom floor looked like it was not cleaned before our arrival and I cannot believe they only provide 1-ply tp. Seriously?! Definitely not worth the price we paid of almost $200/night. There were holes and stains on the wall and we received zero maid service while there. Had to go to front desk for more towels etc. The continental breakfast is a nice little bonus, nothing fancy but plenty of choices and enough to fill you up for the morning. Staff did a good job of keeping breakfast items stocked. The older gentleman working front desk when we checked out was friendly. This place is in a prime location, otherwise lots of improvements still needed.

The only positive was the location. Great walk to the beach. Overall the room was dirty and dusty. Smudges all over the walls. Broken screen door so we couldnt open up for air as it was very hot in the room. Couldn't plug in our devices as plugs would fall right out. The only cooling device was a box fan which was heavily covered in dust and again couldn't plug in because it would fall out. Stains all over the chairs and carpet. The water temperature for the shower was luke warm for about 3-5 min and then went to ice cold. Obviously a dog was locked in the bathroom as the door was chewed up and scratches all over, hard to shut. Never repaired. They ran out of milk for breakfast. Breakfast started at 7am and we got there at 8am. Overall the hotel is ran down and their pictures on their site is very miss leading. We heard other patrons at the front desk complaining of the exact same items. Wish it was a better stay, this place has great potential.

Great stay
Amenities were great. Proximity to beach was a little walk but worth it. The fact that they offer bikes is nice and the walking path was fabulous!!! The only downside to me was no ac and it was flipping hot

best location in long beach
The hotel was the only one on the beach ,from what I saw. You still have to walk to the sand. You need to have a 3rd floor room for the best view of the ocean . Room was fine ,balcony was nice . The hotel lets you borrow bikes to ride the paved trail ,which runs a long way just off the shore line . I liked the included breakfast . The place is not new but it's a good 8 out of 10 .
