I need more than 10 minutes to check in because hotel staff didn’t have my check in data and I need to show so many evidence. I don’t know who’s fault it is, but very disappointed. But Expedia is much better than booking. Com. They are too bad….

The hotel is beautiful in downtown Long Beach with a great view of the port and the swimming pool!! Staff was friendly, large rooms, game area and bar!!
