Clean and comfortable but thin walls very loud
The room was clean and comfortable. Large open room. The breakfast was standard and stocked well thru out the morning. We stayed over thanksgiving. The pool area is small with no hot tube. The biggest complain we had and will not stay here again is the rooms have 0 soundproofing. We are not light sleepers but could hear the people above and below us for hrs before we went to bed it was so annoying. It was not that they were being overly loud that we needed to complain to the desk its just the walls floor and celling were VERY thin. We could hear the freeway traffic all night as well.

We'd definitely stay here again.
The location was really convenient to the highway, but our room was very quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the room was big enough to spread out. Breakfast was solid, especially for a hotel buffet.

I was not aware that daily housekeeping was by request, vs standard. Bathroom sink was slow to drain but they are aware. Alissa, Maryanne and Ashley are nothing short of awesome and amazing. I walk with a cane. They went above and beyond, friendly, helpful and smiling to be certain I had everything I needed and help when needed. It was like having 3 lovely sisters. I am SO impressed with the staff. Thank you so much!
