Hotel was clean, staff was courteous, breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. Pool was closed during our stay, but our room was upgraded because of that. All in all its a good place to stay.

The parking lit had weeds, cigarette butts and broken plants and mud where there should have been mulch. Mud/dirt was tracked all around the 1st floor/lobby/ice machine area from the time we arrived until we left. The lady in charge of the breakfast was super nice and worked very hard. Our room was freezing. It was set at 63 when we arrived & we changed it to 73. Wore a flannel gown to bed!!

Need to hire Maids!
The hotel needs to remedy the maid issue. I was a patient customer, but the issue was never remedied. I have experienced bottle tops and and bottles left in the room. There has been hair in my sheets, the elevator always smells like wet dog, and the desks always has crumbs or stains that could've been wiped up.
