Bugs were all over the room. It was disgusting. They said it was a known issue. I asked the manager to call me for a refund. The manager never called. It was very disappointing.

The beds were comfortable and the room had sufficient space. Breakfast was okay wish there were turkey or veggie meat options for those who don't eat pork. I would stay at this hotel again.

There are better hotels in the area for the same price. No hot water, ac was not working properly, no water pressure. Everything for the breakfast was cold, non existent or stale. We have over 30 stays a year so I know what’s out there, stay elsewhere

It was modern looking, but we had to change rooms 3 times and still had problems. We slept with the light on because of the many Asian beetle bugs in the room, Non-operating tv, fridge mot working and smell in first room, second room no heat last room everything wrong and bugs, bugs, bugs. I want a refund, but they said I had to complain to you all first
