This hospitable holiday home is centrally located in the popular holiday and seaside resort Lopar on the sunny Kvarner island "Rab". The sprawling sandy beach, the well-known paradise beach, it is less than 100m - you cross the street and is practically there. The house is embedded in a spacious property with a beautiful garden and lawn area coat. A shaded parking lot for cars is available on the property for free. The house offers 2 air-conditioned apartments, each with 1 separate bedroom for 4-5 persons and 4 guest rooms with breakfast. All rentals include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. In the garden you can relax on sun loungers or soak up the sun. A shower is also available here if needed. There is also a barbecue, which you are welcome to use with your family or friends. Pets are not allowed. German and English are spoken and understood in addition to Croatian.
