Beautiful location
We immensely enjoyed our stay at this property as it was located far enough away from town for some seclusion but also allowed for easy access. The rooftop view was perfect to enjoy the water but also the beautiful sunsets over the hills. Great getaway and we had a wonderful time with sight seeing and boat trips to the islands-amazing snorkeling there and in the nearby bay!!

The place is lovely and kept up. The pool was clean; had debris due to the wind and garden leaves but nothing major that couldn’t be fix with the pool net in a matter of few minutes. We used the grill, prepared dinner and enjoyed the meal in their lovely patio setting. The new owners are responsive, understanding and thoughtful. Highly recommend the stay!

A week in paradise
We loved staying at this home with an incredible view of the Sea of Cortez from the top level. A very short walk to the beach for a morning paddle board, kayak or swim. It’s right next to Loreto Bay which has several delicious restaurants (Octilla and happy hour at the rooftop bar at the new hotel) are a short walk. Adrian was a great host too. We are definitely coming back!

Nice house in a fairly convenient location, but it needs a lot of attention. Half the lighting doesn’t work. No keypad for entry - waited a total of an hour and a half out on the street for someone to come with keys and to pick them up. No laundry available and not disclosed until check-in. No drinking water supplied. Great rooftop deck, but no chairs provided for rooftop table. No response or communication from owner until two days prior to our stay. Bar-b-q grill in disrepair - all rusted out and cabinet doors underneath are falling off. Pool was filthy. Floors were filthy. No bicycles or water toys like advertised, except for two old kayaks without life jackets. Broken down Ranger parked next to pool.

A Perfect Choice For Us
We really enjoyed the private courtyard and separate entrances to each guest suite . Being so close to the ocean is always wonderful! Home was very clean, had everything we needed. A little oasis not too far from downtown. We could walk to a resort nearby for dinner or a quick snack. Owner was accommodating and prompt to respond to our questions. Thank you for a pleasant getaway!
