Our tidy and clean suite apartment is situated in a new building located 5-7 min drive from downtown Loreto, restaurants, shops and the malecón (promenade).

One block away starts a wide sea side unpaved boardwalk. Right along the beach, the trail offers gorgeous views on the islands and mountains - especially with the sunrise and sunset lights.

The apartment is a perfect base for solo travelers or couples who want to explore the vibrant beauty of Loreto and surrounding areas and/or have a workspace away from the city center while being close to the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances such as a fridge, 4 burners stove and a coffee maker. The pantry is stocked with salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, and sugar. Enjoy a home cooked meal on the dining table.

The bedroom has a hotel grade king size bed and a sofa.

Between well-thought out lighting and passive natural light from a sunlight well, the space offers a cozy and relaxed vibe.

This winter 2023-24 is our « soft opening » ! We are not done with the second floor of the building but there is no construction going on ( we will close during the summer 2024 to finish it all! ) and the rented areas on the ground and first floors are fully finished.

The apartment is for your private use only. Keys will be left in a lock box for self check-in for your convenience.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. To get to it, you will need to climb stairs.
You will notice that the construction of the third floor of the building is not complete but do not worry as there is no construction going on ! We will close during the summer months to finish our family business project!
Our street is not paved, but the half a block you will have to drive from where the pavement ends is hard dirt and can be driven by any car or bike.
The property is secure with a locking front gate and is situated in a safe family neighborhood.

⚠️ We have been having issues editing the pin on the map for the actual location of the property. The apartment is situated on the same street but two blocks south of the actual pin.

Marvelous stay in Zaragoza!
We so enjoyed the views! Drinking our morning coffee while watching the sun rise, sharing a chat with our most gracious host, making friends with fellow guests - made for a memorable holiday. We will be back to Tres Iguanas for more of the beach, hiking, the delightful local food and culture. Dominique is a superb host!
