The service in the lobby was quick. The transportation to the airport was a plus. Clean bathroom and rooms. The room needs more lighting and at least one extra mirror outside the bathroom. Overall a great hotel.

The Aloft El Segundo Staff makes you feel at home. Room(s) can be slightly better maintained, but the overall experience was just wonderful.

Quick stay for a concert. They offered airport shuttle which was great when getting dropped off to the airport. It runs 24hours. The room was clean, AC cold, water hot and bed comfortable. I had no complaints. The front desk was very friendly as well. I would stay here again if I needed a place by the airport.

Great Stay!
I returned here as the property is close to the airport but doesn't feel like a traditional airport hotel. I have a service animal and the hotel did an amazing job making us feel welcome (some hotels dislike accommodating service animals and pets). Brittany and Katie at the front desk did an excellent job confirming a few questions/details pre and during my trip. Again, my experience was once again amazing. Thank you!

Customer service was excellent, stayed there for a week and they were always super nice and even let me do late check out with very short notice. The ambiance at the WYXZ bar is always great, totally recommend.

I liked the decor. I wish the lighting was better in the room, it's kind of dingy. I would also suggest to offer a body sponge or something similar to use along with the body gel
