We stayed here one night to check out Halloween Horror Nights in Hollywood and be in close proximity to the airport. When we first got there, no one was at the front desk but a gentleman shortly came out to assist. While their demeanor was cold, they did what they had to do to get us in our room. The room is very modern and well kept. The bed was comfortable. We did not have a chance to check out the facilities available to guests at the hotel. Would recommend if you need to stay near Burbank airport!

Property is very clean and accommodations were comfortable, but the staff interaction was poor, specifically referring to the overnight manager with curly hair and piercings (Don’t remember her name) Our room was not serviced 2/3 nights we were there, and whenever we mentioned it, we were met with indifference. Dealing with a nonchalant attitude after a long day of travel with a toddler is not only irritating, but completely unprofessional. As a hospitality professional myself, I could not believe the lack of consistency and consideration, as it takes very little to be kind.
