Our tv lost satellite connection approx every 30 minutes or so. The tv would literally turn off. We also had to kill a medium size spider the first night. Surprising for a Courtyard Hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful. We had to ask for extra towels because they did not provide enough but they were quick to fix it. The gym was clean but had a bit of a weird smell. The area was what brought down the rating as the property was right next to the highway and you could hear the noise. In addition middle of the night there's random people yelling and screaming outside and you can hear them. Perhaps our room was facing the street and that's what made it so noisy.

No housekeeping in rooms daily policy need to be changed. Me and husband stayed for 4 days eith no housekeeping. We were told they would refresh room once we leave. We could only request for towel changes and trash takeout

As a smoker I very much appreciated an area that was secluded for us to use away from other patrons. All of the staff we encountered were amazing including the front desk attendants, the cleaning crew, Starbucks/Bistro workers, etc. Will definitely be staying here again with my family when we are in the area.

The property is well maintained clean and in good order. Lobby, hallways, carpet nice and clean. My room was great! it was very clean, quiet and super comfortable.
