We were really enjoying our stay until our 3am wake up call request "was not recorded" and same for our 3.30am booking for the airport shuttle. We were lucky to have woken up in time and very fortunate that another guest had organised an uber which he very kindly offered to share. So we did get to our flight on time but it could have been a disaster! The system needs reviewing. Otherwise staff very friendly.

Parking was not great. Being by the airport the parking lot gets full and I had really look for a spot. The small pool was nice but there are nothing to lay on, just a couple chairs scattered and the towels are oldish.

The guy at front desk was very rude. And seemed like my questions and presence was a nuisance. Cut me very short and would not give cookie when asked.

Maid didn’t leave any bags for the trash or bar soap. Very little toilet paper and asked for more at the front desk and the said they would sent some up but never did.

This is one of my worst experiences ever staying at hotels specially with this high rate per night which we expect different treatment 3 stars or above at least. In this case if I can give it less than 1 star I will confidently give it. Both of the front desk ladies are very rude and unprofessional specially “Pyton”. We were treated very badly and we were not comfortable at all. The 7th floor was smelling like animal shelters. The room as well smells bad and there were not enough towels.
