Everything was great except the ‘ free shuttle ‘ from the airport. We called several times for it and waited almost a full hour and it never showed up. We ended up having to call and pay for a taxi.

Me and my daughter came for the weekend for a concert. We had such a wonderful time the place was super clean, remodeled, and the staff was super friendly also they have the best security guard she was so sweet!

I had a terrible experience. I reserved 2 rooms and they cancelled one and I was forced to stay in the other because they were charging me for early check out if I left. The manager of the hotel and the lady at the reception told Expedia told that my credit card declined for one room when I had chosen the option of paying at the hotel. When I requested the lady at reception to let me check out early she asked me to leave and went on to laugh at me. My parents had to stay in a different hotel nearby and it just made the vacation chaotic. I won’t recommend this to anyone.

There was no electricity when we got to the property. I was not notified of this and couldn’t make a change anymore. The person did not offer an alternative and told us there was no refund and we can cancel if we wanted to but by then it was too late. We had to carry our luggage upstairs 4 floors, there was no offer to help us, my husband was having issues with his knee and I have a bad back. This was not a good experience at this hotel. Definitely not staying here again.
