ヒルトン系列で水泳用のプールが充実していたため予約。 １）トイレットペーパーが使い終わったままで予備なし ２）ティッシュペーパーが空 ３）シャワージェルのボトルが空 ４）インスタントコーヒーはあるのにポッドなし と非常に酷いサービスでした。 出張で世界中いろいろなホテルに行っていますが、ここまでサービスレベルの欠如したホテルは初めてです。１）はホテルのフロントで。３）は廊下にいたメイドにもらいました。

Property was close to airport but next time I’ll pay a few extra bucks to have soap, shampoo and a tv that isn’t from the early 2000’s. Not a bad experience just didn’t have the basics you’d find at a HOJO’s for 1/2 the price.

Abby is very friendly and polite. She gets 10/10. I don't think this hotel should be a 4 stars rated hotel. It's old, TV has really poor picture quality, room is outdated, the hotel might look nice from outside and online pictures of the rooms are somewhat misleading. Shower and bathroom looks a little more modern but water pressure is low. Hallway, elevators, ice machines, etc are all looking outdated. It's more like 3 stars hotel at the best.
