This is the second time I've stayed here,, i forgot how bad it was the first time, the noise is bad, plus there was a wedding and some really noisy people were all over the parking area. Parking feels unsafe, not worh the the money I paid

It was a nice hotel but we had trouble with housekeeping. They work hard but seem poorly trained. They didn’t come to clean for 2 days although we asked for daily cleaning. Yet on the day we were checking out, when they didn’t need to clean, they banged on our door at 8 am and woke us! When they came they threw out about $50 of groceries we had in two bags (instant coffee, Coffeemate, fruit, cookies, etc) although they were in the centre of the room and not near the bins. I couldn’t explain this to any of them because none of the 4 people I talked to spoke English. It is a very large hotel so they have a lot of territory to cover. The staff at the coffee shop—where a coffee and oatmeal costs $20–were also strangely unpleasant.

Great Hotel close to the Airport
Close to the airport! Staff very helpful as they welcome you with warm cookies. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

The hotel was a bit older..needs updates. It wasn’t a bad stay, just wasn't as aesthetically pleasing as expected considering I frequently stay at Double tree.
