We were on the first floor, and the windows were not locked at all. We noticed when we came back to our room and part of the screen was pulled away from the window. Soe we checked that window on the inside and it was not locked at all. Then we checked the other windows and they dideven have locks on the he window!! We could open it with one hand sliding it up!!

The carpet was filthy and stained. Since the property allows pets, the property should not have carpets, but vinyl planks for ease of cleaning and hygiene.

Drove in from out of town to attend a funeral. Arrived at 1:30 requesting a little early check-in so we could clean up and change. She told me it would be $24 for coming in an hour and a half early which was not explained on the phone the previous day with the general manager.. she said it was $12 per hour to check in early not wanting to pay the $24. We drove down the beach for half an hour and came back Checking in at 2:01 hoping to pay only the $12 which I wasn’t happy with even at that. It’s absolutely ridiculous to charge a guest from out of town an early check-in fee when the room is sitting there available not being used In any case, but especially somebody driving in for a funeral from out of town. The property has a funny smell throughout the hallways and room. returning after the service at night, there was cars in the back lot outside my window with people sleeping in them. In the morning while leaving while getting some coffee and checking out, there is no lids for the coffee and was told they were out. when asking for a receipt of my final paperwork, I was told I was not able to get one just not good customer service all the way around and I spent 35 years in property management.

Worst stay ever, when I got there lady was very rude. The linens when I got there where dirty and stinky shower did not poor any water. Roaches all over the room and crawling in the bed.. Stained carpets and the toom stink very bad. I asked if I can be switched to a different property they refused. I asked if I can get a refund hotel refused was told I can leave but will loose my money. Very bad experience ever..

I stayed at this location for one night and the room had a strong smell of cigarettes masked by room deodorizer, the laundry room was a crazy free for all with one lady taking up most of the machines all night so I couldn’t even use the facility. Finally I found a roach running in one of the cabinets on the day of check out I couldn’t believe it I took pictures and immediately checked out. I called to let the front know and all they cared about was if I had already checked out there was nothing they could do. I want a refund.

My room was clean and all I needed. The continental breakfast was ok; would have liked some juice. The lobby could use a sprucing up; after all, that's one's first impression.

The windows in our first floor room would not shut completely or lock. The floors were sticky and spotty. The room did not have a microwave, although it was advertised. The fridge was covered in rust on the outside and did not get cold. When we asked for a different room, the only option was a room with one less bed. The Continental breakfast that was advertised turned out to be coffee and packaged muffins. The surrounding area was nice, but the property itself was surprisingly terrible. Would have given ZERO stars, but that is not an option.

Check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 3:05pm. I was told the room was not ready until possibly 3:45pm. I was tired and ready to check in at arrival. There was no sitting area to wait in. The place was runned down looking and had an unpleasant smell to it. The front desk attendant was on their personal cell phone having a side conversation while checking me in. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience, but I mostly likely will not be returning.
