Reasonable stay
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My biggest challenge was the lack of decent internet. As a USA non resident, I had limited cell data for my stay and I had to resort to using it more at this hotel than anywhere else we stayed while in the USA. The included breakfast was adequate. We picked this hotel because of the included shuttle to and from the airport and that service was good. Overall, service from the staff was excellent.

Just ok.
The AC unit in the room was very loud and the mattress was very firm. Wi-fi was terrible even though there was a wall mounted router that blinked green lights all night.

No dislikes whatsoever 5 star hotel with great customer service and support friendly knowledgeable staff with rapid response the staff Ashley cares about her customers as if they were her own Ashley took me and my families trip personal as if it were her and her family traveling instead of me and mine great customer service keep Ashley please she understands the assignment:)
