Rooms are clean, renovated and surprisingly quiet. Check in was fast and efficient. If you need to catch a flight out of LAX 10 minutes away, this is the place to stay.

Excellent place, just keep in mind that you will hear the cars passing by the main street in the night. But nothing than a good paif of earplugs can't solve.

If you need a place to stay close to the airport ,walking distance to the Kia Forum, and most importantly affordable then this little is a good option. I had tickets to see iron maiden and walked to the event, just a mile down the street. I took an Uber back to the motel. Thereā€™s also a 7-11 right next door too.

The place was great for the price. The rooms not very big but thatā€™s what I was looking for since I am only there to sleep. Just like many other places, the buildings are old but the place is fine and the staff was helpful. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear the traffic and airplanes very well but I myself didnā€™t have any issues with noise. I wouldnā€™t mind staying here again.

This is a great spot for going to concerts at the Kia Forum, but there are not many food options nearby, the public transportation is very limited, and its not really close to any sights of Los Angeles. The motel room itself was good, the shower has really good hot water, the room was spacious and quite clean, and the staff were very helpful!

The staff was extremely friendly. Easy check in. The one advice I would give if you stay here. Parking is tights. Its downtown LA so if you have a truck you may want to park off the street
