The hotel was in close proximity to dining, shopping, and transit (if we wanted). The front desk was very friendly, polite, and helpful. We would stay there again for sure.

Around the hotal area was nice.hotel was close to shopping areas. We were 5 family members stayed in this hotel.we had two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and kitchen with everything which is nice.Only problem is this hotel doesn't have Elevator they gave us room at 3rd floor.we had to carry laugage by stairs. 1st two days had no wifi. Customer service was nice,Breakfast was good.Floor carpets need to change beside that everything was fine.

I liked the location of the property since it was in walking distance to stores and shops. Staff was kind enough. It was about 25-30 minutes away from Universal Studios. We enjoyed breakfast but the rooms overall were not very clean. They immediately smelled like smoke and had a musty odor. The carpet was old, dirty, and wet and even the bedsheets were wet and not fully dry. There was a sofa bed in the room which we needed, but there were no extra linens or blankets which was disappointing.

Everything was great. Including the free breakfast. Only problem was that we had a clogged bathroom & we notified the desk about . They said they would send over someone but they never did. Luckily we had an extra bathroom.

Nice with 2 separate bedrooms very roomy! Had a noise that we told the front desk about and nothing was done about it. The dishwasher had garbage in it and a rusty piece broken off inside.

I enjoyed everything it was great stay breakfast was great. I just wish they would clean there carpets in the room it needed a good extraction cleaning but the rooms are great besides that

Good property , close to LAX and 405….less than 5 minutes to Manhattan beach, only issue is no elevator property, breakfast was good (not crazy about paying for parking, but the team is really good and we stayed for 5 days and it was good (we just went and changed out our towels daily and all was good)
