The staff was rude and not one person was welcoming. Door to bathroom broken, water for shower would spit out water not a current flow, food was awful in the loft and way over priced. Called and left on hold for 35 min to get shuttle. Will never stay at this Hilton again.

Juan Miguel and Parking
Juan Miguel is a top tier staff member. Your front desk gentlemen who work Sunday evenings we're all amazing. I really appreciate each and everyone. Thank you for the soda :) To self park is the biggest hassel ever. Pay the extra 5$ and do valet.

Overall good experience
The service was great. The rooms were clean and nice. The bathrooms need updating but clean. The windows are disgusting. I'm guessing they haven't had the windows cleaned in a couple of years. We had a a nice view of of the harbor but all you can focus on is the filth on the windows. Overall, our stay was a good experience and I would stay there again if I needed to.

Fairly priced and all my issues were resolved which i appreciated. Issues were you get charged for parking then there is no parking. After driving around for 15 minutes i went up to talk to front counter they said ask valet and valet gave me a specific valet spot to park in. Walls are PAPER thin i could hear people whispering.

Be very careful if booking using third party sites such as Expedia. Lots of hidden fees and conditions. Was charged twice a much for my booking. Front desk reps really couldn’t explain the increase and had a big mix up with my rooms.

I arrived at 6:20pm my room was not ready. And they had no ETA as to when it would be . Valet lost my car key … I had to leave my key card ( Tesla ) behind . I plan on disputing charges

The beds are not comfortable and the bathrooms have cheap soap. For the cost of the rooms there should be better quality soaps and lotions. The bathrooms don’t have fans at least ours didn’t and the bathroom just had a poor renovation. The person checking us in wasn’t friendly at all and just seemed like he had to be there and didn’t enjoy what he did. The lobby was nice but will not stay here again.

The front desk attendant checking us in was rude. Not even sure why she's working the front desk with her bad attitude. Our sheets had blood stains in them. Disgusting and i will not be returning.
