The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were clean. The hotel is a nice walking distance from the mall. However, the night staff were absolutely RUDE. Our flight was delayed, we showed up at 1AM and the woman helping us was being so rude. Not a pleasant experience…

If this hotel had a better bar and ambience, it would be the perfect place to stay in in Los Angeles but it looks like a hospital restaurant, terrible lighting no vibe
