Needs a major reno
Don’t be deceived by the fresh outside and lobby. The rooms are straight out of the 80s with the same puffy chairs and banquet carpet that was likely put in when they opened. Floors are stained, the ceiling is chipping, cabinets don’t shut, elevators show the wrong floor numbers. The best thing was the service crew at the bar and cafe. They were personable and great at what they do.

I absolutely love this hotel. It was my second stay here and everything was perfect. The staff is great! They are kind and professional and very welcoming. The rooms are clean, the lobby is clean, the dining areas are clean and the public restrooms are clean. The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants and convenience stores. Very pleasant atmosphere. This is going to be my hotel of choice whenever I am in town.

The hotel is perfect! It’s super close to the airport, has a free shuttle from the airport, close to Universal, and super walkable. The rooms are large, they have a separate living room, and well kept. We loved our stay and will never stay anywhere else when we are in the area.

We had 2 rooms, one of the mattress cover had a large stain! The rooms do not come with daily cleaning, we were not informed of this until I complained to the front desk on the 3rd day, the finally came in to change the mattress cover! At that point I was informed by the front desk that if the guess needed their room cleaned we needed to request, she also said that someone should’ve informed us during our check in and that they had notices in the rooms (we were not informed and there were no notices in the room)! They also change for overnight parking, poor service and I will stay or recommend this property again!

We booked a king and received a full, maybe a queen at best. We did not receive any housekeeping during our stay (2 nights), and there was no communication regarding housekeeping. We only had two bath towels for two adults for the entire stay.

I had a very pleasant stay. It was quiet and the room was very clean. Wish they had more late night food options. However, I was directed by the bartender, to a great restaurant just up the street. I would definitely stay here again.
