Good value for the money. The individual rooms are pretty big for a hotel like this. Didn't need the airport shuttle, but i bet that would have been convenient. Parking is reasonable and being able to come and go all day is a nice perk.

Convenient Location
Hotel was very quiet considering it was close to freeway. Clearly an older location that needs some updating but it was overall clean and comfortable. I felt safe and enjoyed the closeness to downtown restaurants and shopping. Will stay again if back in area.

I gave this property an overall 3 starts because of my overall experience of the room. The tv stand drawers kept opening, my bathroom sink was broken, bathroom faucet was leaking water. The hotel changed my room after I informed them of these things but the other room had the same issue with the tv stand drawers.

Walls are very thin, and we had a toilet clogging issue, where they had my husband go down and get the plunger becuase they didn't have a "maid" there. As if it's the maid's job!?!? The guy at the front desk should have done it, or come check it out. When we called rather than just coming with a plunder, he spent time trying to find out what happened, as if we flushed something improper down the toilet. NEVER AGAIN!

Hotel was very convenient for what we were wanting to do while we were there. The complimentary shuttle to and from the Burbank airport was great and quick! Friendly drivers! City of Burbank and the surrounding area is very clean. Walking distance to some nice places to eat! Was not informed when checking in that cleaning of the room each day was an option and had to be requested.

The only thing I would say is the front desk could be a little more friendlier considering they only said 2 words to me. Also I wish there were curtains that closed, me and my boyfriend woke up right when the sun came up so some curtains would have definitely helped. Other than that it was a nice stay, very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was only a 13 minute drive to universal studios.

Good but not great.
It was good as always. Issues with the door constantly. Both in opening which they did for me and for the cards letting me in. A real pain when you're a mile from the front desk. But I do like the place.

we suposse let them know when we needed to clean the room thats we were told, we forgot and no clean, no towels no toilet paper. I liked the older way...when if you dont see the "do not disturb" just go in and do the basic change towels an leave toilet paper!!
