Great hotel with a really really bad location.
I know this it's not hotels fault but man this area it's really really run down. it's FULL of trash, homeless tents, urine smell omg!! like everywhere you look it's dirty and nasty. I went out to take a walk and immediately turned back because it was overwhelming the amount of homeless camps and drug addicts.

Thank you for the excellent service during my stay. However, I was deeply affected by the number of people living on the sidewalks and alleys nearby. It is heartbreaking to see such conditions in California, despite being the fifth-largest economy in the world. I understand this issue is beyond the hotel's control, but I believe hotels can play a role in raising awareness and supporting local organizations that help the homeless. Providing guests with information on how they can contribute to these efforts could make a significant difference. Thank you for considering my feedback. Together, we can work towards a more compassionate and humane solution.

our stay was amazing! close to universal studios for a quick uber ride. the only downside is the location and not being able to walk around outside but my car was protected in the garage and our room was comfy. breakfast amazing with lots of options!

I really really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice, the staff was really nice, the parking was free which is hard to find around the area. If you are not used to the downtown LA area it definitely can be offputting but regardless I would stay here again.

The location was sketchy, but we felt very safe in the hotel. The underground deck with keyed elevator access was an added bonus. The service was too tier and breakfast was great! I'm not sure I'd stay again knowing the area, but it was a good stay and close to the convention center.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and very spacious, I had a great sleep, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only comment is that the surrounding area does not look safe, but I since I didn't have to go outside, I felt very safe inside as well as my parked car inside. I would stay here again, given the chance.
