This hotel was very clean and very accommodating. They let us park our car here for the week while we went on our cruise. They also shuttled us to port and back, it took so much stress off my hands for our first cruise.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. They offered to let us keep our car here during and shuttle service to the boat! For this being our first time in a cruise this was amazing and eased a ton of anxiety.

The hotel was safe, clean and conveniently located. I would definitely stay there again! The only experience I didn’t like was when I checked in around 10pm, there were two ladies sitting at the reception area. I was not greeted and had to stand in front of one of them who was cutting paper until she was done and finally looked up at me. I felt like I was bothering her. In contrast, when I went into the lobby in the morning, there was a gentleman and different lady at the desk and I was warmly greeted and asked if I need anything. I was glad to see that maybe I just caught the night reception ladies on a bad day!

TV didn't work properly and could not be used. The neighbors next to me were constantly slamming doors (8 or 9 times) going in and out of their room after midnight. Also, their dog was barking at 3 am. So, sleeping was not possible. The hotel was clean, and the bed was nice. The check in staff was nice.

Good and better with a few caveats.
Nice people at the front desk. It looks like the pool is amazing. The room was comfortable. Bathroom was small but a nice updated shower. A couple of bugs joined us. They need to spray for them.

Front desk girl was awful. Never greeted us, I walked in and asked a question and she just sat there and looked at me with a blank stare. They charge $15 per night to park a vehicle. We paid their $10 fee for a cot but it was so uncomfortable, we actually removed the mattress from the cot and placed it on the floor because that was more comfortable than the cot itself. The beds are size double - no point in trying to sleep next to someone on a double. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

When booking this location it was promoted as a Hotel but once we arrived it was a motel. The pictures are showing the location from first open because the property was not taken care of. The amount I paid for our stay was not worth it. I was highly disappointed. I had no way to get a refund because it's a non refundable booking, but this should be listed as a motel, NOT hotel. And also should show the actual conditions not conditions from when it was brand new. I had no other options as my dad was having surgery at the VA, but definitely not worth the money they are charger for a room.
