I stay here a lot. Great area close to my job, tons of shopping and food places where you can get almost any type of food desired, and a great Park less than a block away. Also, just around the corner from the Gardena Police Station, so you will feel very safe with the Police presence provided.

As we enter the room it smells like smoke inside. So I asked the front desk to give us another room but just said it’s a full house that I don’t believe it was a week day. I even told her I have allergies. She just told us to open the windows, so that’s what we did but we hear everything from outside, people talking and cars passing by, it’s also on the ground floor. Breakfast just ok, waffles, muffins, bread, coffee, juice , and no tea. Stayed 2 nights. I won’t come back here. Ty.

The property looks as if it is trying to improve its appearance. As it sits now definitely a 2.5 star in decor and facility. The free breakfast lacked in any choices - only fruit was banana, choice of one type of mini muffin and waffles. There was coffee and juice offered however NO cereal, variety of fruit or eggs, sausage or yogurt which is typical in most continental breakfasts. Barely the minimum. Only option for coffee was Coffee Mate. The bathroom was clean but very old and grungy. If you are looking for free parking, decent location to airport and a good bed without any frills this is your place.

To begin with, I was treated with disrespect and like a criminal from the front desk guy. Kept watching every signature made me remove my sunglasses that are prescription sunglasses to check my identity with my ID. And when I said you don’t have to watch my every move you’re making me feel like a criminal. He then proceeded to show me a pile of paperwork on the floor and on some counter telling me that’s why we have to be checking everybody and I said why and he mumbled something I couldn’t understand so I asked couple times again so I could understand what he meant by that and he said charge back from customers… I had been driving for 12 hours and just needed a room to sleep. I told him listen I don’t care about your issues with the business. I just drove 12 hours. I need to go to sleep. he was very unprofessional and discriminative. Also woke up in the middle of the night went to the bathroom to an infested bathtub and bathroom with roaches. I did take pictures of some of them scurrying around on the floor. Also in the middle of the night there were people on the hall by my room, arguing aggressively cussing at each other and slamming doors. That was about 4 AM. The carpets are nasty and stains all over. Their room smelled like mold. There was no ventilation system in the bathroom. And the bathtub would overflow so you had to stop taking a shower to let the water run through before you could continue showering again to prevent flooding. I will never stay there again.
