Room’s lighting was very bad, also there was No heater available in the room. No mirrors were there. TV wasn’t working at all. They didn’t even gave us a handwash. Even some Basic things were not there. Not recommending at all.

This is the only hotel in LAX that does not have a drive way and car park. Don’t stay here if you are driving / renting a car! The hotel only informs customers of the drive way closure an hour before check in. You are not able to pull into or up to the hotel, and are forced to pay for drop off or parking at a car park at the back of the hotel! Hotel is nice but inconvenient. Every other hotel on LAX has a drive way and car park. Be aware customer are not even able to drop luggage off at front of hotel, you have to drag it all the way from external car park.

It is right outside the airport but the only mess is the parking garage which you have to pay $26 for a night or $40 if you wanna go in and out. Just keep it in mind. Overall good experience.
