I have no real complaints about the experience. My only gripe was there being one ice machine and signs saying where it was. I had to ask the front desk. The property looked exactly like the photos, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were amazingly soft, and the shower was really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem
This was a very clean, and perfect hotel for our large family of 14. Everything was perfect. The only reason why it’s not 5 stars, is because the bed I slept on was kind of slanted and not enough parking for a full hotel. Decor and cleanliness was top tier and the PERFECT location if you’re traveling to Universal Studios.

Parking in the hotel lot could be difficult and weird that you can’t go through the front door on Tajunga Avenue — but I love the rooms and staff was lovely. I would live at Lexen on a short-term basis.

This was a great find! Good location. Clean rooms. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable bedding. Will stay here again. No on-site restaurant but great options close by.

The room was good in general and it was a plus having covered parking. However, the staff was not friendly, and there was a complete lack of interest in providing good customer service. Additionally, when we requested an extra bed sheet, we were told it wasn’t possible to have it brought to our room. We had to go downstairs to the front desk, where it still wasn’t ready. We were asked to return 30 minutes later to pick it up.
