The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a dedicated workspace, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a full-sized bed, a dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a separate entrance door. There is also a sofa bed available for extra sleeping space.
Take a break from the city and relax from the outdoor seating while having a bbq. There is also a yard and prominent Italian Cypress trees that create a private majestic garden at the rear of this home!
Binge-watch your favorite shows from our 60” and 32" TV! High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 350 Mbps, pack 'n play, high chair, and 2 free driveway parking spots are also provided during your stay!

Other things to note
*There are security cameras located one in the front entrance, one in the small front garden, and the 3rd one at the side of the house next to the bedroom entrance door. No cameras inside the house.
*No smoking of any kind inside the house or around the yard trees.
*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
NOTE: The doors and window screens should be kept closed to stop pests and rodents from coming in.
*The garage is not accessible for guests to use. Guests can park 2 cars in the driveway also street parking is available for free parking.
