Hi first I’m Spanish my English is very limited but was one guy ON THE FROM DESK his name was a Hussein tall gentleman with bear HELP ME A LOT EVEN OPEN HIS TRASLATE GOOGLE AND HELP ME TO GIME ADDRESS WAS SO NICE PEOPLE LIKE HIM YOU SHOULD ALWAYS HIRING WITH EXCELLENTLY HOSPITALITY BUT WAS A LADY HER NAME IS TASS VERY RUD NO PATIENCE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WE ASK DOES SHE SPEAK A LITTLE SPANISH AND LOOK LIKE ME SE FELL OFFEND BECAUSE WE ONLY ASK HER THAT MAKE ME UNCOMFORTABLE EVERY DAY A SEE IT HER,I THINKS SO YOU SHOULD DO IT SOMETHING ABOUT THIS LADY ALSO WE ASK FOR HOT WATER OTHER DAY AND MAKES US WAITING FOR MORE THEM 20 minutes AND WE NEVER GET THE HOT WATER WAS AROUND 8:45am SHE SAID CAN CONTACT THE PERSON SUPPLY THE HOT WATER

Crappy Shuttle Driver Great Receptionist
We waited over 2 HOURS for the shuttle from the airport. Then when we arrived the shuttle driver was extremely rude to my husband causing him to overreact. Aa such. We were de ied a room. On a positive note 5 stars to Trina in reception. She was a real doll through our several phone calls to track the shuttle.

Unfortunate. Nothing looks like the pictures. It had a stench, the front desk wasn’t friendly, and walls are thin so you can hear everything. People running in the halls.
