Waited for two hours for shuttle and did not arrive, rang numerous times and was spoken to in a condescending manner. Eventually told there’s no more shuttles and charged my card. I booked at another hotel and had shuttle pick me up with 15 minutes. Disgusting , fraudulent excuse of a business. Avoid at all costs

We got in LAX waiting for their shuttle. Called the hotel and they said shuttle should be on the way. Waited for 1 1/2 hour and called the hotel again. Front desk said shuttle leaving is right that time and should arrive in 20 mins. We waited for another hour and called the hotel again only to learn that the shuttle driver already left and that we should take an Uber to o the hotel. We’re very disappointed about the misinformation and very poor service.

Great value for money at Motel 6 LAX! The room was clean, and they even changed our towels on the second day, which was a nice touch. It’s affordable and perfect for budget travelers. However, the staff member who assisted us (name starts with ‘S’) wasn’t very friendly, which could be improved. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place near LAX, this is a solid option. Highly recommended despite minor issues!

The Motel 6 was very comfortable and convenient as it was by the Airport and had a shuttle. The shuttle was fast and spacious. The staff was nice at check in and when we needed more towels. It’s in a nice location where you can grab food and snacks for your stay. Super safe with ID checks and hotel key scan to go up the elevator. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.
