The house has been re-engineered to provide a gorgeous open flowing living space. The kitchen and every appliance in the home is new, and comes equipped with all of the latest smart hardware.
With its own keyless entrance, the house comfortably sleeps up to 12 with 2 king beds 2 queen beds, one pull out sofa in the office, an air mattress as well as a pack n play travel crib for the little ones:) The kitchen is stocked and includes dish washer as well as laundry and dryer. Wifi, Cable (roku) A/C, heat and wifi of course are all included.
You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible including soaps, shampoo fresh towels, 4 large tvs, coffee, iron, hair dryer, laundry facilities and more.
This home is pet friendly and check in and out are very simple with free private parking, 2 gates for privacy for up to 6 cars, no street parking is necessary although there is also free street parking for additional guests if needed.
The home is located in wonderful Valley Village and is very close to great shopping, restaurants and is also within minutes of all major freeways to get you anywhere you need to go while in LA.
The entire house is accessible and totally private.

This wonderful pocket of Valley Village is on the border of both Sherman Oaks and Studio City, so it's really in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is very family oriented, extremely quiet, and pleasant. It is close to shops and restaurants. You have easy access to 101, 170, and 405 freeways so getting around the LA area is very easy and the home is close to everything.
The Property has 2 motorized gates for your convenience and depending on the size of your vehicles can accommodate up to 5-6 cars. We offer an EV charging station as well so its just a matter of pulling the car right up to the home for a fully private, gated experience.
As far as public transport there is the metro bus that is about 3-4 minute walk.
Please make sure you read all of our rules and policies before booking.
- Checkout time is 11am – our cleaning crew needs sufficient time to clean and get the house ready for the next guests or for the owners. Late checkout requests must be submitted in advance – we do our best to accommodate when possible.
- No smoking allowed at any time inside the house and in the patio. If we find any smell or traces of smoke you’ll be subject to a $500 fine.
- No drugs.
- Please be careful with furniture, décor and house items – some are pieces of design and we will charge for any damage.
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood – we ask our guests to keep noise at reasonable levels and respect quiet hours after 8pm. No exceptions. No amplified sound nor live music.
- Parties are NOT allowed. Breach of this rule will result in $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
- No unregistered/unannounced guests. Presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered breach of the house rules and will result in extra penalty fees from $250 per guest and/or eviction. This is our home and all we ask is to be honest and open about your plans, and communicate with us!
- Filming, Photoshoots and production activities are welcome. Depending on the size and length of the event additional charges may apply. All productions (including small/student projects) must be approved with the host prior to booking. Unauthorized production will result in $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- Although this is a very safe neighborhood, we are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
- If we find any item left behind we do our best to reach out and coordinate for restitution, but we are not responsible for your items.
- When leaving the house during your stay and when checking-out, please make sure to close and lock all the windows and doors, and switch off all the lights.
- Pets are welcome! If you plan on bringing pets please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before check-in as there is a surcharge. Usually it is $50 per pet per stay maximum 2 pets, depending on the type of pet and size.
- Please clean after your pet.
- The gardener comes once a week. They have access to the outdoor areas of the property. Guests are not entitled in any way to request extra services or deny them access to the property.
