Our unit is not suitable for parties and loud music. If your intention is to come to Belmont Shores to party and blast music, this unit may not be the right fit for you. However, our fantastic place is perfect for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a wonderful time in this amazing neighborhood and duplex.
To maintain a peaceful environment, we have implemented the Minut decimal and motion monitoring system in our unit. This system helps prevent parties from taking place. It does not include any video or audio surveillance, but rather monitors the decibel levels and motion to detect the number of people in the unit.
Please be aware that quiet hours in the neighborhood are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Our Minut system ensures compliance with this policy by automatically notifying you via text and/or phone call if the decibel limit exceeds 75 for more than 10 minutes between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am.
We kindly request your attention to a particular aspect of our property. Our space may not be suitable for young children who are prone to running around indoors or in hallways.
