Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances such as a refrigerator, built-in induction cooktop, Breville countertop oven, Nespresso Pixie espresso machine, and a Bosch dishwasher.

Trip Insurance: I highly recommend purchasing trip insurance, either for your whole trip or via Airbnb at the time of booking.

Cleaning Fee: For stays of more than 13 days, an additional cleaning fee of $75 is required for each week. We will arrange a convenient time to accommodate your schedule for the mid-stay cleaning.

Lost Key Fee: A lost key fee of $100 will be charged.

Guest Policy: No guests in addition to those disclosed at time of reservations are allowed for overnight stays. Visitors are generally fine, but please do let me know if you expect to have guests visiting.
