We stayed 4nights and that was 4 nights too many. Family of 2 adults and 2 children 11 and 15. Night 1: We lost electricity and had to change rooms to a floor above. Night 2: One of the two elevators stopped working for the rest of our stay. We were on the fourth floor. Having only one elevator to go up and down was horrendous. A lot of waiting !! Night 3: the building lost water for most of the day. We wanted to do laundry and could not because no water for the whole building !!! Recommendations: try to find something elsewhere.

Spend more and go elsewhere
Check in said room was ready and it was not, some faked the paperwork and said the room was clean. There was a water issue and no water or toilet the first night. Next morning coffee and juice machine were broken. Bathroom was moldy and second morning more water issues as the sink had a back flow issue and a bunch of water and what ever was in the drain went all over our stuff on the counter and the floor. No one cared and the lady checking in said “you can try and stay at another hotel if you want”
