Our room reeked of cigarettes. The maid staff stole a very expensive piece of jewelry out of a zipped and closed book bag. Hotel staff was not helpful in trying to recover it. They told us they would check the cameras, but that it was done remotely/off-site. We never heard back about it. AVOID THIS PLACE.
