My only complaint is their is no microwave and the jets on the jacuzzi were not working.

We had two different reservations for two different rooms , when we arrived we explained that we wanted to add the rooms together and try to check in and check out once. We were told we could check into our other room after we check out of this one which was perfect I loved that they were able to push that for us . We were placed on the first floor facing the street, it was loud for sure , we couldn’t open the curtains because we’d be exposed to the street and valet people . The cars were loud being parked and driven away. Didn’t really get any sleep till the morning. The tvs got turned on and off randomly they have Rokus which pull signals from everywhere . Our tv turned on at random times at night when we were watching it would get switched off and on which was disturbing! They also don’t have keycards for rooms , they have codes , 6 numbers which I don’t think is a great thing especially for a hotel, you have to pull out a code every time and that’s exhausting. Later on check in line was long and only one person was working I found that odd too the next day! But Wendy was fast and really helpful with navigating. The hotel is really beautiful with the rooms but that was my experience

The tv was not working until 10pm the room was dirty like someone moved the bed from the wall and didn’t clean. Understanding first day reopening but service was slow then to charge amenities fee of $35 then $55 to park my vehicle is ridiculous bc we are paying almost $100 more to stay there . Should have a self parking to save guest I was very disappointed in the stay and lost $100 more where if I know I would went down the street and paid $10 for parking only and I would of saved myself $80

The property was under construction and it was extremely noisy. In addition, I paid for a balcony, but did not receive a balcony. When I talked to the staff, they could not assist and were very rude.
