I’ve stayed at this sonesta location numerous times in the past and loved it. The most recent trip was the complete opposite and I’ll probably never return. I wasn’t going to write a review but i’m continuously being notified. The first room had bugs we had to request to be moved, the a/c barely worked in the room we were moved to. We decided since we weren’t going to be in the room much and we’re going to be changing hotels in a few days not to bother moving again because we were having to pack our belongings around each time. We dealt with it, but won’t be returning for sure. The hotel needs some major renovations.

The staff was really nice. The check-in was easy. But the air-conditioning was extremely noisy, the balcony was filthy, the bathroom walls were very dirty, the couch was dirty, and you can hear traffic all night.
