The staff was very friendly and helpful re directions and information. I stayed 3 nights with my nephews and his wife who came to visit CA from Germany and they were impressed with our accommodations. The hotel suggested daily housekeeping which I really appreciated. A warm/continental breakfast included egg omelets and sausage. I can highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Worst stay of my entire life (and I've stayed at a LOT of cheap hotels and motels.) It started with the morons telling me they didn't have room for me on Saturday night, and I'd have to find somewhere else. I asked the woman behind the desk politely if she could please check other nearby Comfort Inns to see if there was a room available; she flatly refused. I asked if I could speak to a manager, and she flatly refused. That was a really bad start, but it gets worse! I chose this crappy mold-infested rat hole hotel because it had an elevator; I have severe arthritis in one knee and it is difficult and painful for me to go up and stairs, or to stand for long periods. So I was REALLY UNHAPPY to see that the elevator was broken. Don't you think it would be worth five minutes to email everyone to tell them?!? How hard would that be? I explained my medical condition and asked for a room on the lower floor; the woman behind the desk (5pm Friday July 19 2024) and she refused to even look at her computer. She didn't even provide the courtesy of a reply!!! She just looked at me stupidly. And no, there was nobody waiting behind me, and nothing else to do; I guess it was more important for her to get paid to stick her face in her phone and browse Tik Tok than to help a paying customer. BUT IT GETS MUCH WORSE! I will put nothing further here until I speak to my attorney as there may be lawsuits filed over how much pain and damage was done to my body.

It took a second to check in, but after that everything was smooth sailing. Lovely staff, pretty good breakfast (really liked the range of hours), great pool and hot tub, safe area, easy to find! The rooms themselves were great! Very clean, very spacious. I will say the bathroom set up threw me off a bit, because there's no sink or mirror inside the bathroom, but once you get used to that, there's really no complaints -- great place!

I couldn't work because the Wi-Fi connection was cut off, and much less could I receive photos from Instagram on my phone. The floor was dirty and I thought I might get sick because of the moldy smell, and the breakfast menu did not change and was the same every day. One female employee at the front desk was unfriendly. We have stayed here twice a year since 3 years ago every time we go to LA. Because it was close to my daughter's house, but this time it was a particularly terrible experience. I will never go again

Stayed here after buying a last minute tix to AX. It was one of the best options in terms of price and free parking when I looked, and I never had an issue finding available parking spots. Staff was friendly and late night check-in was no problem. Didn't utilize it much, but they also had free breakfast, which was nice to grab stuff to take with me. Pretty quiet area, and just down the road from a Target. The rooms were fairly standard motel rooms, but seemed clean and came with a fridge and microwave.
