Very nice room with comfortable beds and chairs. Enjoyed the convenience of the outside areas and the breakfast was great! The Andersons Split Pea Soup restaurant was superb too!

A bit withered. Interior has been refreshed but the balcony floor is disgraceful — screen door off the track (so we didnt even try to go out), plywood decking in poor condition.

The staff were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast lady was good with my grandkids.. Totally enjoyed their waffles, bagels and sausage.It was a good breakfast spread for the money.

When we asked for directions to the laundry room upon check in, the person checking us in pointed to a map of the property showing us where to go. Upon arrival after checkin, we couldn’t open the door to that room he sent us to. We returned and after he made a special key for us, we returned and found that it was a large room full of large and complicated-to-use industrial equipment that is only there for the housekeepers and not the guests. I immediately knew that we were in an unauthorized area and I closed and locked the door immediately and returned the key to the staff member in the lobby. I tried explaining the situation to him, but he seemed adamant on thinking that he was right and that is where all the guests do their laundry. He even told me that the guests have no problems using the machines in that room. It wasn’t until the previous morning that my wife found the real laundry room made for guests, but it was too late and we had to check out. We spent a lot of money here booking two rooms for one night for three people and I just don’t feel like it was a good option. It was disappointing that we couldn’t do our laundry for the amount of money we paid and the guy who led us to that room seemed to have a lack of awareness and language skills as he didn’t even know the exact location of where that room for the housekeepers was when he tried showing us on the map of where the room was near.
