The space:
Mantra Baja is ushering in a new level of design and amenities in Los Barriles, Mexico. The studio-style villas include a plush kingsize bed with soft and firm pillows. Luxurious throw blankets adorn the leather pull-out sofa for an extra guest. The spacious room features a kitchen with a coffee maker, stove, microwave, and mini fridge. Proceeding upstairs to the rooftop alfresco BBQ area, guests will be treated to views of the Sea of Cortez. This area has a Shaded dining table for 4 and subdued lighting for an intimate open-air gathering.

Our proximity to the ocean and central location in town are key features of Manta Baja. Within a 1 min walk, you can reach a farmers market, 5 Restaurants, the beach, and numerous shops. We are truly in the prime location. There is ample outdoor space to lounge in the sun or spread out your gear after a day's adventure.

Exclusive benefits:
Mantraā€™s owner has a comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding areas and the activities you can experience. Before your arrival, he can assist with arrangements for ATV rentals, Kiteboarding lessons, Sport fishing charters, and Wildlife tours. Mantra provides each guest with an Umbrella, Chairs, Soft cooler, and Snorkel Gear at no extra charge. On-site, you can rent Bicycles, Kayaks, and SUPs.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi covers the entire property. We have free street side parking. The neighborhood is quiet, and traffic in front is minimal.

Security features include a unique door code for each new check-in and a safe in each room. The property is gated and monitored by security cameras.
Guest access
Phase one of the Mantra consists of two stand-alone units with no shared walls. Each unit has its own stairway to access the private rooftop BBQ and dining areas. The property grounds are spacious and walled in. There is parking available outside the wall. Each guest receives a unique password to their unit and the entry gate to the property.

There are shared sitting areas around the property that all guests can access. If guests rent both units, they will have the entire property to themselves. Immediately after entering, guests will find an outdoor shower and staging area for Kites, Bikes, ATVs, and Kayaks.

The Road in front is one lane and leads to a beach access 50' from the property. Turn in the other direction, and you are immediately in town next to coffee shops, spas, restaurants, tourist shops, and other amenities. Let us know if you have a camper van or RV, and we can arrange a parking spot within our gate.

Phase Two of Mantra will be completed next year and will consist of 4 more units, a spa, and a pool. The property is new. The plants are still growing.

Baja bliss!!
What a perfect little gem to spend our nights in Los Barriles! The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. We slept very comfortably on the giant bed, had a mini kitchen to make breakfast tacos, and had access to bikes, kayaks, and SUPS. The unit was brand new and very tastefully done. Looking forward to coming back next year.
