We had a wonderful stay at Krystal Grand! The resort was spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. A special thank-you to Gabriel, who worked with Expedia—he was super helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. His assistance truly made our trip smoother. We went for my Mothers birthday, and the staff went above and beyond for her! While the buffet offered a wide variety of options, it did feel a bit excessive after a few days, and we found ourselves wishing for more variety or lighter meal choices. However the restaurant were great, we really loved the Italian place Risotto! Wish the massages were included in our package along with the sky lounge. Overall, Krystal Grand is a fun and peaceful place to stay. It’s family-friendly without being overrun by kids, making it a perfect choice for those looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We loved this hotel! We were getting mixed reviews online prior to booking but we are so glad we stayed here. This property didn’t break the bank and the best part was that it was all inclusive. Gabriel at the Expedia desk was super helpful from check in to check out. The pools were awesome with daily activities and especially the slides for the kids. My son had a blast, we couldn’t get him out of the water! Our room was beautiful. We stayed in a junior ocean front view and it was amazing. Could see the whole resort property through to the beach. Could hear the waves crashes in the middle of the night. We definitely plan to come back and will absolutely stay here again! There were many food options to take advantage of. Shopping offsite was not far at all as this was a prime location. I highly recommend!!

This place is really nice and clean, it was my first time in Mexico and so far it was a great experience, the staff is amazing, thank you Jesus and the girl in the Japanese restaurant at night. You guys are amazing and the staff makes me feel special every single day. This is not a party hotel it is more a place for you to relax and have everything included. So far I will definitely recommend it to anyone :)

The resort was better than we expected with its current customer rating being a 6.6/10 on Expedia. For what we paid it was excellent value! Pros: great pools, excellent food at restaurants and no reservations required, some amazing staff members like Rodrigo and overall a relaxed atmosphere. We only used about 1 pool chair per 2-3 people in our large group and it was enough for everyone to be able to relax as they needed throughout the day. The coffee was excellent and it was nice to start each day with a caramel macchiato. The Expedia person Gabriel was welcoming and helpful Cons: Sometimes buffet service was slow/absent so we would have to scrounge for cutlery, some general superficial maintenance is needed (ex: our room had a broken bathroom tile, missing any patio furniture), road noise from the highway behind but nothing that kept us from sleeping, and one aquasize staff member that loved using the whistle a little too much. Something to note when booking: Regular queen rooms were in the main building, awesome location and access and gorgeous beach views. The upgraded suites with bedrooms are the ones that you need to cross a small access road to get to, a 2-3 min extra walk. The main complaint seems to be from people that didn't know they'd be in the far section. The beach is black flag so not swimmable but for this trip we didn't mind. Overall we were very happy with the value. We were a group of over 18 people, 5 families with ages ranging from infant to 40s.

I have to say I was very disappointed with the property, the pool was miss lots of tiles and the lounge chairs were very old and dirty. The pool towel are very very old and fraying on the edges. The property from above in photos and at night looks beautiful but far from it in reality. I think the best part of the trip was how nice Gabriel at the front desk for Expedia was he really tried to make us feel comfortable. I would definitely rate this property as a two star.

Specialty restaurants could have been better. Waiters were not very helpful with the menus and not that attentive.

The food was not good. We were told we were VIP guests with the grey wristband, but nothing felt different. There was not special treatment or perks by being VIP guests.

We came here after a week downtown. purposefully booked somewhere that would be peaceful, and all inclusive, to wrap up our vacation feeling rested. This place has a great, adults only swim up bar, although you would only get a seat if you go down and put a towel on a chair at 7am. we didn't intend to sit out by the pool, so didn't care, but seating is very limited at all pools. We couldn't get a seat even once in our four days there. we came without kids, but did also notice that there isn't any activities for kids after lunch time. they have a small kids water park, and arranged one game in the big pool daily, but after that there is nothing for the kids to do. no games room, or planned activities, no games or shows. I would not take my kids here. They would definitely be bored! but for the reason we went, we enjoyed it. quiet, restful, amazing ocean view from what seemed like every room. they had lots of different evening dining options. fast service. shorter ride to the airport. because we booked through Expedia, we got our own Expedia concierge, and he was awesome! expedited our check in, made all of our reservations, knowledgeable about the resort. a great perk for booking through expedia.

All Inclusive does not mean all inclusive at this resort. Food rating 1 to 10 is a zero. Had better mexican dishes in town than in the resorts mexican restaurant. Getting anything brought to your room doesnt happen. Like extra hangers. Be prepared once you receive your room key to be directed to a membership speal after travelling all day. Would never go there again and would not recommend ever!
