Location and grounds were above average. The restaurant and pool service for an all inclusive resort were mediocre at best. Hostesses and wait staff overall were rude and unacceptable in many occasions. I’ll never give them a dime again.

A Dream Vacation
It was an amazing experience the views were unbelievable second time staying at the hotel. The service was fantastic everyone had a job to do and they did it perfectly. Definitely planning on coming back and hopefully staying in the same hotel and same room.

Check in was a little slow. We didn’t get to our room until way past the check in time. Would have been even better if they stock the fridge with some bottle water and sodas. Overall the place was worth the money though.

Great food, extremely friendly staff, the rooms and property were obviously well tended and cleaned, and the pools were great. It can get busy at the smaller blanco pool, but there is more space at the bigger pool at Rose only a few steps away. The vibe was fun and active, but not wild and crazy spring break rowdy. Good mix of families, young couples, older couples, and a few groups to celebrate weddings or birthdays. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

The property was decent. It’s an older property that needs upgrades but it’s right on Medano Beach. The food was ok, not great but not bad. The most annoying part is having to scan your wristband twice for everything you order food, drinks, towels! This scanning process makes everything very slow. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was the biggest let down compared to the RIU properties.

Me gustó mucho un poco viejo las instalaciones pero bueno como uno va en plan de vacaciones lo de menos es estarse fijando en la habitación porque donde -1 está es en la habitación, lo otro que vi que no tenían variedad en la comida, y lo que más me molestó fue que te escanea la manilla así pidas un agua para todo te escanea la manilla para hacer entrada a la hora de desayunar tienes que hacer la salida, si vas a almorzar tienes que hacer entrada y tienes que cerrar la cuenta no importa que hayas pagado en todo incluido así son las reglas en Pueblo bonito en cualquiera de sus instalaciones, el servicio de los trabajadores le doy un 10 de 10, limpieza Atencion es un 10 de 10
