It's the tiniest tiny home we've ever been in. To call this a tiny home would be an overstatement. It's more like a shoe box. When the fold out bed comes out you can't walk around it, you have to walk on top of the bed to get around. If you've ever been in a cruise ship inside cabin, this is even smaller than that. Fortunately for us we were visiting family so didn't stay there long and only to sleep at night. My husband said it's more appropriate as housing for transient people. PROS * clean * good wifi CONS * it's in a crowded RV park * very near other people which at the time was somewhat quiet.. if you pass gas they will probably hear you * TINY room * bed mattress was about an inch thick with springs under * needs more storage. Put some hooks and shelves in the walls
