Beautiful spot
An amazing house was just the three of us and a perfect size! You are way up the hill so plan for extra time to get down the hill before you go anywhere. Google maps was terrible for getting us back to the house, we used the repsol in palo blanco as our location for home and then just memorized landmarks on the way up after that. Thanks again to Erica for hosting us, wish the weather had been a bit better but we had an amazing time

The Property and Property Manager were amazing!
The views from this home are breathtaking! Looking at the city below at night or watching the sky change colors as the sun rises in the morning were in themselves, a great experience. The home has everything you could need and then some. The property manager Erica was exceptional and incredibly helpful. This was our first time in Tenerife and first time ever staying in the mountains, so the roads were a bit challenging. Someone who is used to this sort of terrain would have no problem but for me coming from a very flat Atlanta Georgia USA, it was scary at times. I managed to get stuck in a potato field after taking a wrong turn out of the property (had to be the Americans who did this, lol). Erica and her husband came to our rescue at close to midnight to pull my rental car out of the field and did so with a positive energy the entire time. I felt so bad bothering them at that hour but they didn't hesitate to assist. Overall an incredible property with an exceptional property manager!

Beautiful, tranquil villa on the side of the mountain
Amazing villa with stunning views both inside and out. The house is off-grid, running on solar. It has great indoor space and lots of outdoor areas with plenty for the kids to do. Chanajiga country park is only a short walk so it is possible to reach several hiking trails without driving. It’s a 1000m in altitude so was cold in January but the property has good heating, the views are incredible and it’s only a 25 min drive down the mountain to Puerto de la Cruz and it’s warm sandy beaches. Erica was a great host and took her time to show us around the villa. All in all a great experience.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht
Der Treffpunkt mit Ignacio hat wunderbar geklappt. Er hat uns den Weg zum Haus gezeigt und im Haus alles erklärt. Sehr nett, sehr freundlich. Die Strasse fanden wir nicht schlimm - die letzten Meter sind etwas abenteuerlich - aber völlig ok. Da es neben und hinter dem Haus viele Bäume hat, hat es zu dieser Jahreszeit (wir waren von Mitte November bis zum 5. Dezember da) praktisch kein Sonnenstrahl zu dem wirklich schönen Pool und Aussenbereich geschafft. Schade! Ansonsten ist das Haus genau so wie auf den Fotos. Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Das Haus ist fantastisch und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage, bzw. die Anfahrt machen es doch sehr abenteuerlich. Wer sich nicht scheut diese Strapaze auf sich zu nehmen, wird es sehr genießen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort ist vorbildlich.

Super Urlaub
Es war wirklich ein toller Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, man hat alles da was man braucht. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch unsere Ansprechpartnerin war super engagiert und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Die anfahrt und dann die tägliche Abfahrt ins Tal, sind etwas an das man sich gewöhnen muss, aber auch da ist unsere Ansprechpartnerin sehr hilfsbereit gewesen, damit wir uns zurechtfinden. Alles in allem also super!

La maison correspond en tous points à l'annonce, même un peu mieux car les photos datent un peu. 2 semaines de bonheur, avec une vue magnifique, par temps dégagé. (nous avons eu 2 à 3 jours de nuages sur 2 semaines). Maison très bien équipée, accueil de Clara très chaleureux, nous avons un petit soucis d'électricité au milieu du séjour, malgré le fait que nous soyons dimanche, le propriétaire est intervenu en une demi-heure, bravo. Le seul inconvénient, on est un peu loin de tout (1000 mètres d'altitude) et isolé, pour nous, c’est ce que nous recherchions, mais il faut le savoir. En résumé , nous recommandons vivement si vous rechercher des vacances tranquilles. Merci beaucoup

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub
Wir waren insgesamt zwei Wochen in diesem wirklich schönem Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft schön und das Haus ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein großes Plus ist die Außenküche sowie die Außentoilette. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde jeden Tag genutzt und der Weinkeller (ja, es gibt einen Weinkeller!) sogar auch einmal. Wir vermissen schon jetzt unseren morgendlichen Kaffee auf dem Balkon mit dem Glasfußboden.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Domizil.
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein schönes Grundstück und eine schöne Villa in luftiger Höhe. Es gibt einen tollen Ausblick. Trotz der etwas kühleren Temperaturen kann man die Zeit dort sehr gut verbringen. Gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit zu viel Fahrerei und Kälte
Traumhaft schönes Haus in wunderschöner Lage, jedoch jeden Tag 25 Minuten runter und 25 Minuten wieder rauf zu fahren ist definitiv zu viel und zu weit. Am Meer 26 Grad am Haus unter Wolken 14 Grad ist dann halt zu kalt und leider hatten wir jeden Tag Wolken. 1000 Meter im Norden Teneriffas ist einfach ohne Sonne zu kalt. Wunderschönes Haus leider zu weit und zu hoch...... P.S.: Total liebe Vermieter

Nettes Haus, leider auf ca. 1000m Höhe
Leider geht aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor dass das Haus auf ca. 1000m Höhe liegt. Die Wir waren im Mai dort, Temperatur am Haus durchgehend 10 - 12 Grad weniger als an der Küste. Den schönen Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen da es dafür viel zu kalt war, in der Regel 12 -15 Grad. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes Haus.

Traumhaus, Traum-Aussicht, Traum-Vermieter - toll
Der Blick aus dem Haus auf Puerta de la Cruz und viele kleine Orte hat uns (2 Personen) bei Ankunft im Dunkeln schon begeistert. Bei Sonne und dann dem Blick aus dem teilverglasten kleinen Pool will man da oben einfach nicht mehr weg. Im Haus, das sich energietechnisch selbst versorgt, ist alles da für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir waren Mitte bis Ende März da, einige Tage mit Temperaturen wie in Deutschland, dann Sonne pur bis zu 30°. Also erst den Kamin (Wohnzimmer) und die Heizung (in den Schlafzimmern) angemacht. Fehlendes Holz wird umgehend bereitgestellt, eine kurze whatsapp reicht. Die supernetten Vermieter kümmern sich toll, zurückhaltend und sehr freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber, Betten flauschig und dank Zusatzdecken in der kalten Zeit schön warm. Die Fahrt zum Haus ist am Ende etwas steiler, sonst easy, die Vermieter oder Agentur (auch sehr nett!) zeigen es beim 1. Mal. Frisches Obst, Schinken, Wasser und Wein empfing uns. Der Weinkeller ist fantastisch, wir saßen aber lieber auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Guachinche La Viña, keine 10 Min. mit dem Auto, ist sehr zu empfehlen, Entrecote, Filet, der selbstgemachte Rotwein sehr lecker. Gracias, Paco y familia!

Urlaub über den Wolken
Ja, die Anfahrt ist zunächst nicht ganz einfach und der Weg lang (aber Erica, die für die Vermietungen zuständig ist, hat uns am ersten Tag begleitet), aber da gewöhnt man sich schnell dran und kann dann auch die schnellen Strecken runter (aber auch hoch fahren). Oben wird man dann mit dem tollsten Blick auf Meer und Puerto belohnt, der kaum in Worte zu fassen ist. Zu jeder Tageszeit lohnt sich der Blick nach draußen - das geht von jedem Raum des Hauses aus. Das Haus ist wahnsinnig sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war auch im März (in der Mittagssonne) gut nutzbar. Wir waren kurz skeptisch ob der Badezimmer im Schlafzimmer, aber gegenüber der Haustür (draußen) findet sich ein weiteres kleines Bad mit Toilette. Man geniesst dort oben (manchmal über den Wolken) eine herrliche Ruhe, hat genug Platz für Outdooraktivitäten und kann sich wunderbar erholen. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen!

Toller Ausblick, Alleinlage , Sternennah
Ein schönes Objekt in 1000 m Höhe. Hierdurch wird’s im Januar schon arg frisch. Tolles Energiekonzept, auch wenn dann nicht alles sofort und immer warm ist. Die Matratze darf jetzt mal ausgetauscht werden. Das war’s aber auch schon mit Kritik. Ansonsten einen echte Entdeckung für Individualisten.

Tolle Aussicht - ruhige Lage
Für die Anfahrt empfehlen wir die Ausfahrt 33 der TF-5 zu nehmen und der TF21 Richtung Teide zu folgen. Bei Chasna rechts abbiegen auf die TF 326 Richtung Benijos. Ca. 900 m nach Benijos links abbiegen Richtung Las Llanadas. Fahrzeit ca. 35 Minuten.
