Everything was clean and nice. There was a weird sound coming from the air conditioner, but I told the staff about it. Devan was very nice when checking in.

For a conference , there was a fire alarm that went off one morning and no announcements that it was safe to return back to regular activity . Guests went down stairwell and outside into the parking lot , re entered without any staff directions. This is def not how a safety situation should have went . However front desk when approached explained that a child used a microwave inn appropriately setting off fire alarms and that the situation was resolved however fire depart did come later on

Worth it for the breakfast alone!
Very nice and spacious lobby. The breakfast is excellent! Nice variety: marvelous muffins, variety of toppings for oatmeal, eggs, sausage/bacon, and fresh fruit just to name a few. The food is spaced out nicely to allow people to move around others easily and not have 1 huge line!

Everything was clean and the experience was great overall. My only complaint is that the pool was freezing, and that was the only thing my disabled daughter wanted to do the day before her surgery. So we were disappointed with that. The breakfast selection was pretty good as well.

Everything is nice and clean. But the receptionist the check me in gave me and other people wrong time about when the breakfast end. He said breakfast stop at 09.30 but the real time it ended at 09.00. And so was late check out, he said at 13.00, but when we double check in the morning the same guy said the late check out would be at noon. If I didnā€™t verify again, they might charged me another 1 night.

Not the best experience
Had a wonderful stay last winter here. But didnā€™t have the same experience this time. After the first night, I switched rooms from a King to 2 Queens for the second night to have more space for our family. Neither rooms were very clean. My daughter and I both woke up with welts on our legs. Still no signs of bed bugs but will be triple checking our luggage before bringing anything inside my home. The first night, I got no sleep due to a party happening across the hall. After asking the neighbors directly if they could keep it down (my child was tossing and turning at 2 am), they failed to quiet down so I finally notified the front desk and they handled it promptly. The guest service was really incredible. Every front desk staff member was very polite & helpful. I just wish cleanliness was a top priority here like it felt the last time I stayed. Canā€™t confirm that our bites were due to bed bugs but it definitely happened in our sleep and has caused concern. We stayed elsewhere our 3rd night in Louisville. Overall wouldnā€™t stay here again. But the workers are so polite so I donā€™t want my review to reflect the staff negatively because they were really great!

I really wanted to like this hotel. The lobby was really nice. But the bed was super dirty. OK for one night after pulling cover off but wouldnā€™t care to stay longer and after telling front lobby staff, they perceived to tell us that there is nothing they can do for us because we booked through third.
