Room was comfortable but refrigerator did not work we hen we arrived because it was frozen up. When I called about it, they said nothing could be done until the next morning. They said we could put food in their fridge until it could be fixed but it was needed close at hand for feeding a baby. I had also brought breakfast foods with us which needed refrigeration. When we arrived there was a sign that the pool was not working. The pool was one of the reasons we chose that hotel. There was nothing on website and nothing was mentioned when I called the hotel. I called the hotel before our stay and asked if there was breakfast served. I was told that the restaurant was available at a charge of $10 per person. When we arrived, I was happy to learn that there was indeed a continental breakfast included but I had gone to the trouble of bringing food with me because I was given incorrect information.

Convenient and comfy with no frills
Location is super close (3 minutes) to the airport and they’re happy to shuttle you over at 4:00am - great service and beds really comfortable. Only drawback is you have to go elsewhere to eat. Arby’s is next door, Italian and Mexican are across a busy highway.

We were there 4 nights for event at the expo center. Rooms were cleaned. Breakfast was not the best. Pool was closed for maintenance. (If we had known prior, we would have stayed else where.) Worst part was our vehicle was broken in to. They had broken the back window. Staff did try to assist but never did look at the cameras. We did file a police report. We know this isnt hotel fault it can happen anywhere. No where in this world is safe.

Transportations was excellent lost 4 salads 6 can Pepsi due to refrigerator being set to freezing causing the tops to make a loud like gunshot Crackers in the bed. Tried to ask for a sheet the person didn’t know English and I had to find a sheet. After cleaning the room my mother’s brand new always pads were missing. The shower filled up and couldn’t determine how to get the water out. And I could on. Swimming pool was out of order. I booked this vacation in March or April. And ended up having to clean walls and fridge where the drinks popped. But they cleaned the room after I told them and he last night we were there somone who cleaned the room set the back to freezing and the second I did not clean it. Very upsetting will never go back

We booked for a 2 night stay, and was unable to stay the 2nd night. Expedia stated we already missed the cancellation window, but the hotel was understanding and refunded us our 2nd night. Very helpful and friendly staff.
